A Dublin pub is giving away free cocktails for the rest of the week

There’s a catch, of course. But it’s not a bad one.

THE WEATHER IS gorgeous, the evenings are stretching ever longer, and absolutely everyone has the thirst. So what are you gonna do about it?

How about free cocktails?

The venerable McGowan’s of Phibsboro has launched a brand new drinks menu and to mark the occasion, they’re giving away free cocktails all this week.

All you have to do is win a coin toss with the barman – heads, the drink is free; tails, you pay for it.

Doesn’t sound too difficult, does it? The freebies will be on offer every day this week from 9pm, ending on Saturday night.

It really would be rude not to.
